How to Access Teams System?

1. From the Dashboard, navigate to the bottom left corner of the screen.


2. Click your account name. Doing so reveals a list of options.


3. Click Teams System. Doing so opens the Teams System screen.

4. Here, a couple of buttons are present that include My Teams and Teams member.


5. My Teams lets you view your teams. You can also create a team from here.


6. Teams member takes you to the detail of the teams which you are invited to or a part of.

7. Click the My teams button. This shows you all teams created by you.


8. To create a team, click the +Create team button. Doing so takes you to the create team screen.

9. Here, enter name of the team in the Name field.


10. Click the Create button. This creates the team and displays it on your screen.

11. To add members to the team, click the +Invite member button. 

12. From the Invite team member screen, enter the email of the member you want to invite in the Email field.


13. Select the permissions you want to give to the member from the Access section. The permissions include View, Create, Update, and Delete.


14. Once the selections are made, click the Invite via Email button. This sends an invitation to the provided email.
